We strive to offer a seamless delivery experience for our valued customers. The following outlines our shipping terms:
1. General Shipping Terms

At Customer's Expense: All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise specified in our promotions or policies. After an order is placed, we will inquire with UPS Ground for shipping rates based on the product weight and packaging. We will then send the revised shipping cost to the customer for discussion. Once the customer agrees and makes the payment, the warehouse will proceed with the shipment.

Delivery Time: While we aim to process and dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and other factors. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
2. Wholesale Accounts

First Delivery Free: This service applies to orders totaling $1000 or more for wholesale customers within our delivery service area on the first delivery of each week. If the delivery location is within the service area but the order total is less than $1000, a shipping fee of $75 will apply. Any subsequent deliveries within the same week will incur the standard shipping fees.

Order Frequency: To be eligible for the free weekly delivery, wholesale account holders must have a recurring order schedule with us.
3. No Return Policy
We take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Due to the nature of our offerings and for the safety of all customers, we have a strict no return policy. If you have concerns regarding your order, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
In the rare instance that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at distribution@teahousett.com. We will address the issue promptly.
4. Damages & Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if you haven't received your package within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery experience, issues can occasionally arise that are out of our control. We will work with you to resolve these as quickly as possible.
5. International Shipping
If we offer international shipping, additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply based on your location. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
